Okay you guyz know a little bit about this!
but there has been so much buzz over this. Everyone should pray for the person who was injured, and pray for the crew member's family.
Miley Cyrus usually makes headlines for fairly fluffy reasons--quitting Twitter, pole-dancing at awards shows, dating underwear models, posing for eyebrow-raising Vanity Fair photo spreads, etc. But this week she was, sadly, in the news over a far more serious matter, when her tour bus overturned on the Interstate 85 highway in Virginia. Thankfully, Miley was not on board at the time and therefore was not hurt, but the driver of the bus, 53-year-old William G. Douglas, was tragically killed when the bus struck an embankment and flipped over Friday morning.

A member of Miley's production crew, 48-year-old Marty Zilio, was injured in the crash and treated at a local hospital. The rest of the passengers escaped the bus for the most part unscathed through a busted window.

On Friday, an emergency dispatch call recording was released that suggested the driver may have had a heart attack: "RV flipped over. The man just went into cardiac arrest," the tape said. "We are going to need some help soon...He's moving... He's turning purple." But as of this writing, the actual cause of the crash is still under investigation.

The entire Cyrus clan posted on Miley's website Friday that they were "deeply saddened by the loss of Bill 'Uncle Bill' Douglas" and that "members of our tour are like members of our family." As of this writing, the cause of the accident is currently still being investigated. We here at Yahoo! extend our condolences

The Twilight Saga: New Moon" might have opened with huge numbers at the box office and had the biggest November & Friday openings for any movie ever - but teen sensation Miley Cyrus wasn't one of the Twi-hards pledging their allegiance to Team Edward or Team Jacob. In fact, the teen star considers the whole "Twilight" world to be "a cult."


"I think it's like [a] cult... I think it's a cult," Miley told Sirius XM's The Morning Mash Up in an interview that aired on Tuesday. "I think it's bad. I think it's like, just people get too into it."


The "Hannah Montana" star goes on to compare people's obsession with "Twilight" to the public's fascination with models.


"For me, I think it's like when guys look at supermodels and they're like, 'That's the perfect girl,' ... That's what those kind of movies do to us," she continued. "They're like thinking that's what girls should be like and not everyone is going to be Edward, hate to say it."

Miley might be anti-vampire, but she's very pro-pirate.


"Johnny Depp is way hotter than Robert Patitison for sure," Miley said when asked about the actor nabbing People magazine's coveted "Sexiest Man Alive" title.


And if the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star hadn't been honored with the award, Miley would have liked to see it go to one of her former Disney pals.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Miley Cyrus turns 17 today, but the teen star got a jump star on her big day with an '80s themed surprise birthday bash in New York City last week.

According to People Magazine, Miley celebrated with family and friends - including rumored boyfriend and "The Last Song" co-star Liam Hemsworth - at New York City's Canal Room.

"The whole thing was a surprise," a source close to Miley told the mag.

Miley's birthday cake was created by Buddy Valastro, the star of TLC's "Cake Boss."



"They didn't want a girly girl cake," Buddy said, who created a vanilla cake with Madonna-inspired lace and a stage with purple accents - Miley's favorite color. "It totally fit the theme. It was really awesome."

"She loves the '80s," Miley's mom Tish, who planned the November 18 celebration, told the mag. "The fashion, the big hair- she thinks it's so funky."

Before the celebration, Miley took in a performance of Broadway's "Rock of Ages."
